Before you apply

Is this coaching or accountability?

No — it's a one-time custom build. You get a complete 8-week plan and tracker made for you, yours to keep. No weekly check-ins, no ongoing coaching. (Want hands-on coaching down the road? That's separate — just ask.)

How is it different from your $49.99 programs?

The programs are proven but built for the average dad — you pick the closest fit and adapt. The custom plan is built for you specifically: your goal, schedule, exact gear and injuries, programmed by me start to finish. Nothing to adapt.

How long until I get my plan?

After you apply and grab your spot, you'll fill out a short intake. I build each plan by hand, so you'll have your custom PDF + tracker within a few days. I take a limited number of builds a week so every one gets real attention.

What if I have minimal equipment — or none?

That's the whole point of custom. Tell me what you've got — one kettlebell, a pair of dumbbells, a full gym, or just your bodyweight — and the plan is built around exactly that. No "if you have a…" workarounds.

What if I'm out of shape or have an injury?

Exactly what custom is for. The plan is built for where you are right now and programmed around any injuries or movements you need to avoid, so you train hard without breaking down. (Clear exercise with your doctor if you're unsure.)
