About
I wasn't always a "busy dad" squeezing training into 30 minutes. I was a multi-sport college athlete — training was my life, and being in shape was just a given.
Then real life showed up. A career. Kids. A schedule that didn't care about the way I used to train. The long gym sessions disappeared — and so did the shape I'd taken for granted. Sound familiar?
So I rebuilt it — not with more time I didn't have, but with less. Short, functional, full-body sessions I could finish in 30 to 45 minutes with a kettlebell, a pair of dumbbells, or nothing at all. And it worked: I got strong again — stronger, honestly — without my training stealing from my family.
That's Fit Dad Company — the exact approach I use, turned into simple programs thousands of dads follow every week. No fluff, no fads, no chasing trends. Just training that fits real life. If I can get in the best shape of my life as a busy dad, so can you.
Train your body. Lead your life.
How we train
30–45 minute sessions built for a real schedule. Do as much or as little as the day allows — consistency beats perfection.
Built on the foundational movement patterns so you get strong, mobile and athletic — not just sore.
One bell, a pair of dumbbells, or nothing at all. Train at home, in a hotel, or at the gym.
Every program builds week to week with a deload and a test week, so you can see and feel real progress.
Clear scale-up and scale-down options on every workout — beginner to advanced, same plan.
Fitness should add to your life, not take it over. Strong body, clear mind, more energy for your family.
The coach
I'm Austin — a former multi-sport college athlete, now a dad proving you don't need a perfect schedule or a full gym to be in the best shape of your life. I share daily workouts and no-nonsense training for busy parents at @fit___dad, and build the programs here to help you go further.

The mission
I'm not a guru, and I'm not selling a secret. I just believe getting strong and staying healthy shouldn't cost a fortune or take hours in the gym to figure out. Training should be effective, efficient, and something you can actually stick with — and it should be accessible to any dad who wants it.
So the workouts themselves? I give those away — they're on my Instagram, free, every week. What I actually build is the part that's hard to do on your own: the structure to follow, the accountability to keep showing up, and plans customized to your life. That's it. The good stuff, made as accessible and affordable as I can make it.
Because if I can help one more dad feel strong, keep up with his kids, and lead his life from energy instead of exhaustion — that's the whole point.
