Why this exists
You're not lazy and you're not starting from zero. You're busy. Work, kids, and everything else quietly push your own health to the bottom of the list — so you start, stop, and start over. This fixes that. What I'm really giving you isn't just a workout plan — it's structure, accountability, and a way to build real discipline around your health. A plan built around your schedule and body, a coach checking your progress every week, and simple daily standards that turn "trying to get in shape" into something you just do. No guessing. No relying on motivation. Just show up and follow the plan.
The offer
This is the full 1:1 experience — the custom plan, the nutrition, and the weekly accountability that actually makes it stick. All of it, for twelve weeks.
Expert programming built from scratch around your body type, goals, experience, and equipment — drawing on years of coaching and a physical-therapy background, never pulled off a template. 3–6 focused days a week, every session under an hour, every movement chosen to build real strength and protect your joints. It progresses as you get stronger and scales down on the weeks life gets heavy.
Personalized calorie and macro targets (protein, carbs, fat) dialed to your exact goal, plus a simple food framework and easy swaps you can actually live with. No obsessive prep, no starving — a way of eating that fits a dad's real week and gets recalculated as your body changes.
Every week you send your numbers, photos, and how the week actually went. I review it personally and send back direct video feedback plus that week's adjustments — tracked in your own Fit Dad progress tracker. This is the part that keeps you consistent when motivation dips. Because it always dips — the structure is what carries you.
Message me between check-ins when a question or a curveball comes up — a work trip, a tweaked knee, a hotel gym with two dumbbells. You get a real coach who knows your plan and your life, not an app and not a chatbot.
Every week you get a challenge workout — a benchmark to test your progress, push a little harder, and keep training fun instead of a chore. It's how you see yourself getting stronger in real time, and it gives your week a target to hit.
This is the part that changes everything. Together we build your daily standards — a short set of simple, non-negotiable habits you hit every day (movement, protein, steps, sleep, water). Keeping fitness simple and repeatable is how you train the discipline muscle, and discipline is what carries you long after motivation runs out. You stop chasing perfect and start stacking consistent days.
Every four weeks I re-dial your training and your macros based on your results, so progress never stalls out and boredom never sets in. The plan moves as you do.
Every 8-week program — Kettlebell, Dumbbell, and Calisthenics — plus Fit Dad 60 and the Nutrition, Mobility, and Start-Here guides. Yours to keep for travel days, backup sessions, and life after coaching.

Apply to joinWhat you're really paying for
Anyone can hand you a random workout. You're paying for expert exercise programming built around your body type, your goals, and your limitations — plus the structure, accountability, and discipline that actually turn that plan into results.
Years of coaching and a physical-therapy background, applied to you. Your training is engineered around your body type, goals, experience, and any injuries — not pulled off a shelf. That expert knowledge is the biggest thing you're paying for.
A clear plan for exactly what to do — training, food, and simple daily standards — so you never have to rely on willpower or figure it out on your own. Fitness gets simple and repeatable.
Weekly check-ins and a coach who's actually watching your progress and your consistency. You're far less likely to skip when you know someone's in your corner — and expecting you.
Every day you hit your standards, you train the discipline muscle. Stack enough of those days and it stops being effort — it becomes who you are. That's the win that outlasts the 12 weeks.
You bring the effort. We'll get you the results.

I don't do pushy sales calls. If you jive with me and my free content and you think I can help you, I'd love to work with you. Everything you need to know about coaching is laid out right here on this page. If you've still got questions, just email me at austin@fitdadcompany.com and I'll answer personally. When you're ready, apply — and if we're a fit, you start in days.
Fill out the application — your goals, your body, your schedule, your equipment, and what you've already tried. It takes about 5 minutes and I read every single one.
If we're a fit, I send your welcome and onboarding, then build your custom training and macro targets from your answers. You're set up and ready to train within a few days.
You train, you check in every week, I adjust — and for twelve weeks you've got a coach in your corner making sure it actually happens.
Is this you?
Give the training and coaching an honest shot for your first 30 days. If it's not the right fit for you, just email me within those 30 days and I'll refund you in full — no hard feelings. The only catch: it has to be within the first 30 days. That way you can start with zero risk and decide once you've actually felt what coaching with me is like.
Meet your coach
I've spent my whole life studying how the body performs. Fitness was modeled for me before I could even choose it — I grew up competing, played both soccer and football in college, and for years performance was the only thing I cared about. But my real education didn't come from winning. It came from getting hurt. I tore my ACL and meniscus at eleven, then again at fourteen, and spent much of my childhood in a physical therapist's office.
That's where it all clicked. I learned to train the right way — building mobility, strength and stability, and choosing movement that protects the body instead of slowly breaking it down. I went on to work in a physical therapy clinic for years, and I've coached people ever since. No letters after my name — just deep, hands-on knowledge and results you can see.
Here's what years of this have taught me: almost no one truly lacks the desire to be healthy. That's never the problem. The problem is that life is heavy. Work, responsibilities, and the quiet weight of showing up for the people who depend on us slowly pull us away from showing up for ourselves. After college, I let my own fitness slip — and I felt every bit of it.
What pulled me back wasn't motivation. Motivation runs out. It was a why strong enough to carry me through the how. I got disciplined, committed fully to the process — 75 Hard included — and over about two and a half years rebuilt my body, my confidence, and my standards from the ground up. That's when I understood the principle I now build everything around: putting your health first isn't selfish. It's how you show up for everyone counting on you. For me, that's my son. It's why Fit Dad exists — and it's exactly what I'll help you build.
Train your body. Lead your life.
"We all want to be healthy — but you need a why strong enough to endure the how. Mine is showing up for my family by first showing up for myself. Find yours, and everything changes."
Questions
Because you shouldn't have to sit through a pitch to find out what something costs or what you get. If you jive with me and my free content and you think I can help you, I'd love to work with you — and everything you need to know is right here on this page. Still have questions? Email me at austin@fitdadcompany.com and I'll answer personally. No pressure, no hoops.
It's $150/week for one full 12-week coaching block — $1,800 total. Twelve weeks is one real transformation cycle; it's long enough to build the plan, adjust it, and see the results compound. After your first block you can continue week-to-week and cancel anytime.
Most clients train 3–5 hours a week total, in sessions built to fit real life — whether you've got 30 minutes or a full hour. The goal is consistency, not living in the gym.
Not a problem — it's my specialty. Your plan is built around most injuries, limitations, and joint concerns. We train smart, move well, and make progress safely. Longevity is the whole point.
Whatever you've got. Your plan is built around your setup — full home gym, a couple of dumbbells or a kettlebell, or just your bodyweight. We work with your reality, not against it.
The programs are a proven plan you run on your own. Coaching is fully custom and built around you — your goals, schedule, equipment and body — with macro-based nutrition, weekly check-ins, and me adjusting everything as you go. It moves with you.
You've got a 30-day money-back guarantee. Give it an honest shot, and if the training and coaching aren't the right fit, email me within your first 30 days and I'll refund you in full. After that first month you're all in for the block — but you get a full month to decide with zero risk.
