Eight weeks of kettlebell training to get lean, strong, athletic and more mobile in 45 minutes or less, with a coaching video for every workout. Start October 26, finish December 20. Build the habit through the holidays and walk into January with momentum.
Early bird price through Thursday. $49.99 after that. Doors close Sunday, October 25.
Your back and shoulders stop bothering you. Eight weeks of kettlebell training, three times a week, is enough to cut neck, shoulder and low back pain and strengthen the muscles that hold your spine. That is exactly what this challenge is.
Your conditioning comes up fast. Swings and cleans get your heart rate up inside the strength work, so you build an engine without a separate cardio day.
You get stronger in your grip, hips and legs, the strength you use to pick things up and carry them. And you keep the power you are losing. After 40, power goes about twice as fast as strength. Swings, cleans and snatches train you to move a load fast. Slow reps on a machine never do.
Then there is the part nobody sells you. This challenge runs through Halloween, Thanksgiving and the run-up to Christmas, the hardest stretch of the year to stay disciplined. If you train three to five days a week through that, you have built the habit when it was hardest to build. You go into the new year with momentum and the confidence that comes from eight straight weeks of showing up, while everyone else is about to start over.
A new set every week, no repeats. Three full-body days, an upper day, a lower day, and an optional core finisher. You never have to think about what to do.
Every page has a button that opens a video of me doing that exact workout and walking you through each movement. Watch it, then do it.
Same workouts for everyone. Pick the version that fits your week and change it whenever your week changes.
No gym, no rack, no second bell. Anywhere there is floor.
Full body, upper and lower. You run the matching one before every session.
A scale-down and a scale-up for every workout, and a place to write your bell and your result. In Week 8 you look back at Week 1 and see the difference in your own handwriting.
Everyone doing the challenge is in one place. Each week's workouts get posted, you post your check-ins under them, and I answer form questions. Nobody trains alone.
This is Week 1, Day 1, exactly as it appears in the program. Every day looks like this: the workout, the format, how to run it, which warm-up to do first, how to scale it, and the button that opens the coaching video.
Open the page, watch the video, start the timer. That is the whole process.
| Version | Each week | Example | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3-Day | Full Body A, B and C | Mon, Wed, Fri | Three sessions with a rest day between each. Most people should start here. |
| 4-Day | Full Body A, Upper, Lower, Full Body C | Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri | You want a dedicated upper and lower day. |
| 5-Day | Full Body A, Upper, Full Body B, Lower, Full Body C | Mon through Fri | Training is already a habit and you want the full program. |
Machine and bench training builds muscle in a straight line: up, down, one joint, one direction. Life does not move in a straight line. You bend, twist, reach, carry something heavy on one side and catch yourself when you slip. Strength stays specific to the movement you trained, so a bigger leg press does not make you better at any of that.
A kettlebell is one off-center weight you train with standing up. You hinge, squat, press, pull, carry and rotate, and every rep makes your hips, trunk and shoulders work as one piece. You train for life, not for a machine. The swing drives the glutes hard while loading the spine far less than heavy barbell work.
It also does three jobs at once. Strength, conditioning and mobility happen in the same session instead of on separate days, because the movements take your hips, shoulders and spine through full ranges under load. That is how you get lean, strong, athletic and more mobile in 45 minutes or less, and why one bell in a garage can replace a gym for most people.

One. The right weight is one you can swing with power and press overhead for eight clean reps on each arm. Most men start at 12 to 20 kg (26 to 44 lb), most women at 8 to 16 kg (18 to 35 lb). The Prep Pack has the full sizing guide. I use a 20 kg bell in the videos.
